2016 Medical Mission Trip to Nigeria
Our annual Medical Mission trip to Nigeria on September 21, 2016 - October 4, 2016 was a success! We attended to over 1,700 patients with the help of over 60+ volunteers from the United States and Nigeria. Patients received services that ranged from dental care, eye care, surgery, and spiritual counseling. This trip would not have been possible without the help from our donors, volunteers, and supporting communities in Minnesota. Mercy International Mission thanks all of you for your support and hard work!
2017 Banquet & Sunday Olayinka's
60th Birthday Celebration
Mercy would like to thank everyone who attended and supported Mercy's 2017 Spring Banquet & Sunday Olayinka's 60th Birthday Celebration on April 8, 2017.
It was a success! All thanks to your generous donations. Your commitment to helping the people of Ekiti State in Nigeria is valued by us and, most importantly, by those who benefit from our services. We hope to have your continued support at our future events.
Mercy International Mission's Updates:
Mercy International Mission USA is a Minnesota based non-profit organization with a 501(c)(3) tax exemption status. Our goal is to improve the quality of life in Southwestern Nigeria. Mercy International Mission was founded in 2007 by Sunday and Victoria Olayinka, who were born and raised in Osi-Ekiti, Nigeria. Our mission is to provide access to basic health care services for everyone, especially women, children and the elderly, regardless of ability to pay.
Mercy International Mission USA and Mercy International Nigeria exist to reduce the disease and mortality rates in Nigeria. This is done through the provision of essential medical care, preventative health services and health education; to strengthen local communities by facilitating self-development activities; and to improve overall quality of life for the women, children, and elderly in the region.
At Mercy International Mission, we pride ourselves on the fact that donations go directly towards providing medical services and education. Every donation means one more person is able to receive healthcare. Any donation, no matter how small, helps our cause!
